RG Revived

We've had some problems with RG's frontpage, but this is now fixed. The cause is the Development Grounds updater, which is set to automatically verify if there's new content on Dev Grounds every 3 days. The problem is that Dev Grounds is situated on a blog which is not completely controlled by me(the only part of Grounds which is not completely controlled by me). Owners of Dev Grounds changed it's layout a little bit, which caused my tools to stop working properly. But this section was completely useless anyway, hence new stuff, if released, is going to be showcased on frontpage anyway. Alas, we now have 2 non working tools on frontpage. First is the "Latest Forum Activity", which was shut down long time ago due to original forum crash, and now this. Maybe I'll fix the Forum Grounds tool, because that would matter for something, but I can't say so for the Dev Grounds. Dev Grounds is an old and useless part of Grounds family. It's gonna stay intact only for historical reasons.
