Recruting Parser 1.0-dev r2 released
A new version of Recruiting Parser has been released. It contains minor code changes but not so small usage changes. Both have been suggested on Forum Grounds by same user. Read thread for details, but long story short, is that Recruiting Parser has been showing problems with Spanish charsets, and therefore with some other non-standard charsets. By the way, charsets I am talking about here are letters. So I introduced Unicode support, which will fix this problems.
Second update introduces [youtube] tag support. Please note: this function is currently deprecated, but I'll finish it soon.

Random Entries
We had a 'little' downtime.
I am saying that in (single) quotes because it was not so 'little' or so 'small'.
What happened?
There were electricy issues in our servers. Everything is fine now though, but the downtime took from 8:30 GMT time. I am not quite sure when it ended (when they fixed it), but I was looking for it at 13:00 and it was still down. Next time I went to check the situation were at 14:00. Servers were still down and then I actually got the email from my hoster.
Huh.

Hello from Croatia!
It is a warm, a bit windy day here. Oh yes, today is the pre-latest day of school in Croatia.
Please don't expect any updates tomorrow - we'll go on a trip be back at night.

The newest RC part, news.recgr.com has been launched on 10th June, and the service initally started on 11th June (the previous post).

A year ago, on my birthday, Croatian Sith Clan was shut down and Recruiting Grounds was established! You can find out more at site's History Page.
Anyways, yeah, it's my birthday (actually it's not 5th April already on the server)! This means I'll release RG 2.1 soon (read more about it below). And that's it about it.
But, Forum Grounds today reached 1000 users !

Recruiting Grounds is almost prepared for release and distribution of Recruiting Parser pre-final version #1. Latest release, 1.0 Testing Version was released on 10.7.2007. So it's been 2 and a half years. In this, pre-final #1 stage I'll fix bugs reported in this 2 years (there are very few). Maybe even add some new stuff.
In #2 I'll add a lot more, known as eXtras. After that I'll invite people to test it out. In this stage I'll fix every bug I can find. I am of opinion there won't be many.

I must say that the Stats are messed up. I have some issues on the server. It is not my fault. I really hope they will be fixed by the Sys Admin Fiuhost.
So the stats 'Hits Today' and 'Hits Yesterday' aren't correct. SORRY!
I am keeping it in secret at RC, but I am preparing something REALLY REALLY REALLY BIG !

After so many days templates 'Helled' and 'MinimalisticSky' finally got showcased on Free Web Templates.
And so, I refreshed the Templates section as well.
Apart from that, I also fixed one small bug in news.recgr.com.
Okay, that's it for today, I am going to work on PM Grounds.
And yes, I want to say that domain name www.clan-csc.com expired today. So you are now forced to use the new one (recgr.com) instead ;)

I've programmed some new stuff for Index page. On the right side you'll probably notice Random Entries panel. Well, it shows some random news, except for latest six. And its headline (mentioned before) shows another random news. This has taken me 2 days so make. Now I am making a news listing button at the bottom and similar.
Well, it seems that some Search bots can't find our news data, so we're gonna allow them to find it. That's point of doing this.
Hopefully everything will be soon up to Sunday ...
